Refund policy

At SnapLux Co, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at dtega1111@icloud.com. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. Sale items and digital products are final sale.

 

SnapLux Co ships to the United States, Canada, and internationally. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. US delivery: 5-10 business days. Canada: 7-14 business days. International: 10-21 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
